Who we are
LeadStance International Ltd ("we") is a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 16356240. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at frontdesk@leadstanceinternational.com.
What this notice covers
We work with business contact data. That means the name, job role, company and business contact details of people who run or work at businesses. This covers:
- founders and directors of UK recruitment agencies that appear in the records we prepare for our clients;
- people at businesses we contact to offer our services;
- people who email us, including people who register interest in a product we are still developing.
Where the data comes from
We collect business information from public sources, such as the Companies House register, the business's own website and published job adverts. We record where each piece of information came from. If you email us, we also hold what you send us.
Registering interest
If you email us to register interest in a product that is in development or in beta, or ask to join a beta (such as dashboard licensing, GBSS or RAMS), we keep your name, email address and message so that we can reply and tell you about that product. We don't add you to any other mailing list. Ask us at any time to remove you and we will.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests under UK GDPR. Our legitimate interests are offering relevant business-to-business services and providing our clients with checked information about new businesses that may want their services. We collect only what is needed for that, use business contact details only, and consider whether a person would reasonably expect to be approached in a business context.
Who we share it with
Records about new recruitment agencies are shared with our clients, who are businesses that sell services to recruitment agencies. We do not sell data about the people we email to market our own services.
How long we keep it
We keep data only for as long as we need it for these purposes, then delete it. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a short record of that request so that we don't contact you again.
Your rights
You can object to our use of your data at any time, and we will stop using it for marketing. You can also ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. To opt out or make any request, email frontdesk@leadstanceinternational.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
